HOTEL SELECTION
Spend four nights at the Faena Hotel + Universe. This magnificent boutique hotel is housed in a transformed historic grain building featuring ultra-luxurious rooms and suites. Spend one night at the La Candeleria Estancia just outside of Beunos Aires. La Candeleria is a three-story, 10,000 square foot Romanesque stone castle designed by
French architect Alberto Favre, with a crenellated tower, turrets and
arches and dormers and cupolas, chock-full of French antiques,
Persian rugs, Murano crystal chandeliers and Carrara marble fireplaces. A coffered ceiling looms over the billiard room Huge and pale and
glowing with uncanny light - La Candelaria is a downright miracle. La Candelaria has 21 bedrooms. In the castle itself are 10 luxurious
guest rooms, while nearby, set amongst the 240 species of rare and
indigenous trees of the castle’s 100-hectare park, designed by the
ubiquitous French landscape architect Charles Thays, are separate guest
houses. The castle has a large traditional
dining room with a Murano crystal chandelier and French antique
furniture, a room for games centered with pool and billiard tables, and

05 NOV - Arrival to Buenos Aires (THR)

- 2 PM Afternoon City Tour of Buenos Aires- Buenos Aires is exceptional: dynamic, sophisticated and overwhelming. An exquisite combination of a European atmosphere and the charm of Latin American cities. This tour provides an in-depth introduction to its history, its architecture, the culture of its people, its anecdotes and secrets. A three-hour journey that offers the fundamental keys for understanding the paradigmatic areas of the city: the lively and frenzied downtown area, the “aristocratic” northern neighborhoods and the working class southern districts. We visit the highlights of Buenos Aires, acknowledging the transformation of a village that grew into a mega polis.

07 NOV - Buenos Aires (SAT)
- Full Day Delta del Tigre tour with lunch- The northern outskirts of Buenos Aires remain as one of the attractive places to visit. We first visit San Isidro, a traditional residential area known for its street’s beauty and its prominent mansions including those constructed during the XVIII century. We afterwards, visit Tigre: the very impressive entrance to the Paraná delta that is fully scattered by islands that can solely be accessed by water, impressive vegetation and houses on pilots that can be appreciated on an hour long motor boat ride along some of its rivers. The journey ends with a Stop at the local handcrafts and fruit supply market (Mercado de Frutos).
