United Airlines is truly stepping up its service game. The airline just announced a new program, “United Exclusive Assistance”. The meet and greet airport service, only rolled out at Newark (EWR) and Chicago (ORD) thus far, is operated by Global Airport Concierge available to all United fliers.
Travelers are offered curbside departure assistance, jet bridge arrival service, rebooking assistance, priority check in and security access, along with gate escorts. The cost of this service is $250 for a single traveler, $325 for a couple and $400 for three people.
